ORLANDO, Fla. —  Move over Los Angeles. Although the city’s Porn Valley is the epicenter of the adult industry, Orlando has been ranked the porn consumption capital of the U.S.

According to research done by Men’s Health magazine, out of 100 cities studied, Orlando tops Los Angeles and even Las Vegas as the city with the largest consumption of video and online porn.

The report cited data from AdultDVDEmpire that calculated the number of DVDs purchased, rented, or streamed.

It also looked at the amount of adult entertainment retail establishments per city from StorErotica.net’s figures.

Regarding the Internet, Men’s Health checked Google Insights and Simply Map for the percentage of softcore porn searches from Cinemax-subscribing households that also put Orlando on top.

Other top cities included Las Vegas at No. 2, followed by Wilmington, Delaware, and Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina rounding out the top five.

Orlando sister city Miami, home to online giants Bang Bros. and Reality Kings, came in at No. 12, according to the magazine, with Los Angeles, the de facto capital of the porn industry finishing at a surprisingly low, but appropriate No. 69.
