TEMPE, Ariz. – CCBill announced today that it has added two new report options to its expanding FlexStats system.

The added reports include Scheduled Rebills and Cancellations to the current platform and transaction reports.

“We are extremely excited to unveil the latest enhancements to our FlexStats system with the addition of two new reports,” said Jason Kirk, vice president of product development for CCBill. “Both Scheduled Rebills and Cancellations provide merchants with the ability to quickly and easily access important data and information in a highly organized fashion to better understand and evaluate past, present and future trends.”

Scheduled Rebills reports allow merchants to view data relating to upcoming rebills for their accounts. Designed to showcase all subscriptions that are scheduled to rebill, these reports include a dynamic interface, time-frame specific quick stats functionality, and detailed breakdowns of scheduled rebills down to payment types, region, currency, and the source of the original sale.

Cancellation reports provide merchants with the opportunity to view data pertaining to cancellations for their accounts. As a new report option within the Admin, these reports provide detailed Quick Stats information including count (total number of cancellations), average income per cancellation, average number of times each cancellation was rebilled and average time span each cancellation was active. Additionally, graphing, snapshots and more detailed breakdowns are also available along with data on conversions to assist in analyzing several aspects of merchant’s subscription data in one place.

“The addition of the new versions of these popular business reports is another step towards our drive to provide an interactive set of business intelligence support tools,” added Gary Jackson, managing vice president of sales and Internet markets for CCBill. “I tend to say this repeatedly, but no business can expand and grow without a solid understanding of its current business – and these new reports expand on that with trending and projections for upcoming sales. That becomes invaluable in adapting to the changing marketplace.”
