Pjur Group USA Trains Staff to Build Sales

SARASOTA, Fla. — Pjur Group USA,  as part of its business model, reports that it is building sales “brick by brick” by holding training seminars across the country. 

Pjur, which was named 2014 XBIZ Sex Lubricant Company of the Year, offers an extensive range of products — from nature-based lubricants to enhancements—  available in adult stores in the U.S. and more than 50 other countries.

The leading Germany-based manufacturer believes that its formulations are not all simple and training staff to understand the functionality and nuances of its products is the key to success. 

Recently at Giggles, an adult boutique in Sarasota, Fla., the staff was given a comprehensive training on all things “pjur.” 

“We have always done well with pjur, and now we will even do better,” Giggles Owner Kathy Calmpitt said following the training.         

Pjur gave the Giggles staff ample samples and memorable swag to make the training events informative, effective and fun.

Richard Harris, pjur USA CEO, reports a 20-percent sales increase thus far for 2014 and says “training the stores and the sales people at every level is one of the biggest reasons for our continued amazing growth.” 

Pjur says it has aggressive training plans for the rest of 2014, and recently trained the Love Shop of Las Vegas, with its 30-plus employees. 

Audre Rhaodes, who underwent the training in Las Vegas, said, “We were so thankful for what was a great presentation and really gained useful knowledge about lubricants.”

Given its success, pjur will continue to focus on in-store training in 2015.
