BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — Adult retailer Hustler Hollywood today announced that its stores around the country are launching a #StopVegetableAbuse campaign.

According to the company, the campaign intends “to get women to stop misusing their vegetables and go instead to Hustler Hollywood to buy real sex toys.”

“Every day, cucumbers, zucchinis and carrots are being inserted into orifices where they don’t belong,” Hustler Hollywood says. “It doesn’t stop there either — we’re talking broccoli, radishes and even artichokes. These nutritional foods, that are born from the sweet soil of our earth, are not meant for whatever men and women may or may not be doing in the privacy (hopefully) of their home.  Make a salad, steam them, stir-fry or just sauté with a little olive oil and garlic. That is the proper use for a vegetable.”

To increase its outreach, Hustler Hollywood is launching a video series that will include three SFW short videos to create awareness of the plethora of sex toys and amenities available in all of the Hustler Hollywood stores. All videos will be hosted on YouTube, and embedded on

An accompanying offline campaign has also been created to “raise awareness,” with #StopVegetableAbuse billboards sprouting up in cities across the country.

The company also is offering limited edition T-shirts with #StopVegetableAbuse that will available for purchase at all Hustler Hollywood stores. Stickers and condoms will be given away for a limited time, and exclusive buttons have been created for each of the stores.
